This is a pivotal, senior leadership appointment for an ambitious individual ready to shape the future of a highly successful business unit.
• 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘄: You will assume full 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 for a single major project while also holding an oversight role across a smaller portfolio of complex M&E projects in Central London. This includes direct oversight of current complex, high-value schemes and playing a critical, hands-on role in 𝗯𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲.
• 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀: Lead the overall delivery and 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 of the major project and portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You will be heavily involved in 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸-𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀, tender processes, design engagement, and defining the scope for new projects.
