Candidate Requirements

We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient engineer to join the site leadership team:

• Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering (Chartered Engineer status is highly preferred).
• Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in delivering large-scale commercial fit-out or new-build projects (£10M+ M&E value), ideally within the Central London market.
• Expertise: Deep expertise in the design, installation, and commissioning of core electrical building services, including Power Distribution, Lighting Control Systems, Fire Alarms, and BMS interfaces.
• Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills, coupled with a drive for continuous improvement.
