We are looking for several talented Electrical Construction Managers to oversee and drive subcontracting teams on a newly secured major Commercial Office project in Central London. The Role: On-Site Electrical Leadership & Delivery
This is a pivotal, hands-on site appointment for experienced electrical professionals ready to manage complexity and drive on-site performance.
- Core Objective: Oversee and manage the electrical installation, coordination, and commissioning activities on a major Commercial Office project in Central London, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the subcontracting teams and electrical site operations.
- Ensure the seamless installation of core electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting control, fire alarm systems, and associated containment.
- Manage programme scheduling, site logistics, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Coordinate effectively with the Mechanical team, main contractor, and design consultants.
- Services Focus:
- ✅ Electrical Engineering – Power distribution, lighting, security, fire alarm systems.
- ✅ Design & Build – Input into project management from concept to completion.
- ✅ Prefabrication & Modular Solutions – Utilizing cost-effective, sustainable off-site manufacturing where applicable.
- ✅ Testing & Commissioning – Ensuring full compliance and optimal system performance prior to handover.
