As part of a strategic growth plan, the business is urgently looking to strengthen its West Midlands regional operations and appoint a Commercial Manager to oversee a portfolio of MOD projects with a combined value of £60 million. The Role: Commercial Strategy & Regional Leadership

This is a pivotal, senior commercial appointment focused on maximizing financial performance and mitigating risk across a sensitive project portfolio.

  • Core Objective: Oversee the full commercial lifecycle of the designated MOD projects within the West Midlands, ensuring profitability, managing contract variations, and maintaining robust financial control.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide full financial and contractual control for the portfolio.
    • Manage budgets, procurement strategies, and contract administration for the M&E packages.
    • Ensure variations to contract are priced and agreed upon promptly.
    • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and regional leadership to drive commercial success and governance.
