We are searching for an Experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial helm of a major Datacentre project in Central London. The Role: Commercial Control & Financial Leadership
This is a pivotal, site-based appointment for a financial expert ready to manage the commercial success of a major M&E package. You will be reporting directly to the Regional and Project Commercial Manager.
- Core Objective: Provide full financial and contractual control for the specified Datacentre project, ensuring flawless co-ordination of all parties to deliver the work to the budgeted cost and programme, all while achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
- Impact: This position requires a proven M&E/Building Services Quantity Surveyor capable of mitigating risk, optimising profitability, and maintaining the highest standard of financial integrity on a demanding, technically complex Datacentre scheme.
Candidate & Company Overview
- Requirements: A Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is essential, coupled with a proven background in M&E/Building Services contracting, ideally with experience in the critical systems/Datacentre sector.
