We are seeking exceptional, experienced leaders for two distinct Senior Electrical Project Manager opportunities - Central London & Cambridge
Commercial New Build Project (Circa £60M - £40m): Lead the full Electrical package from conception to handover on a major commercial new build.
Key Responsibilities
You will take full ownership and leadership of the M&E delivery, ensuring safety, on-time completion, and budget adherence. This includes:
- Project Leadership: Full responsibility for M&E package delivery to the highest quality.
- Commercial Management: Cost control, procurement oversight, variation management, and protecting contractual interests.
- Technical Excellence: Resolving technical issues and driving innovative solutions in MEP, HVAC, and building controls.
- Stakeholder Management: Leading and managing site teams, subcontractors, clients, and consultants.
What We're Looking For
A proven Senior M&E Project Manager from a major M&E Contractor, ready to lead with excellence:
- Experience: Track record successfully delivering complex projects in the {£10M - £40M} range.
- Technical Acumen: Strong engineering background in the MEP/M&E discipline.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to manage, motivate, and develop large project teams.
- Expertise: Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle, from design coordination to commissioning and handover.
