We are searching for a Senior Electrical Engineer to take the lead on a prestigious £10M Commercial Office scheme in Central London. This role is perfectly suited for a driven engineer who is hungry for progression and ready to manage the electrical delivery from design through to completion.
The Role: Technical Leadership & Project Delivery
This is a pivotal, on-site appointment for a technical expert ready to manage the full electrical lifecycle of a high-value fit-out.
- Project View: You will take full responsibility for the electrical package delivery on the £20M Central London commercial office project. This involves managing technical compliance, coordinating with the site team, and ensuring all electrical systems are delivered to the highest standards.
- Impact: This position requires a proven engineer capable of driving technical excellence and ensuring the successful, safe, and efficient handover of critical building services.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient engineer to join the site leadership team:
- Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering (Chartered Engineer status is highly preferred).
- Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in delivering large-scale commercial fit-out or new-build projects (£10M+ M&E value), ideally within the Central London market.
- Expertise: Deep expertise in the design, installation, and commissioning of core electrical building services, including Power Distribution, Lighting Control Systems, Fire Alarms, and BMS interfaces.
- Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills, coupled with a drive for continuous improvement.
