We are searching for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to take the lead on major, high-value projects across the region. This is a critical role for an individual who is hungry for progression and ready to manage a key regional portfolio.
The Role: Project Delivery Leadership & Operational Excellence
This is a pivotal, senior operational role requiring exceptional mechanical expertise, commercial strategy, and site leadership.

Core Objective: You will assume full responsibility for leading the mechanical delivery of major M&E packages in the Yorkshire region, driving the successful execution of projects from site mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Successfully manage the entire mechanical installation process, ensuring delivery meets strict program, budget, quality, and safety targets.

Team & Subcontractor Management: Build, lead, and mentor high-performing site teams, including engineers and subcontractors.

Operational Oversight: Manage site logistics, technical compliance, and coordination with the electrical teams and main contractor.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary technical and delivery interface for clients and consultants throughout the construction phase.

Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a highly experienced, commercially aware, and delivery-focused Mechanical Project Manager:

Experience: Extensive experience successfully managing and delivering major mechanical packages on large-scale M&E projects (ideally commercial, healthcare, or industrial sectors).

Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services installation processes (HVAC, public health) and proven commercial acumen in managing contract variations and risk.

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (HND/HNC/Degree).
